We are seeking a skilled VMC Machine Operator with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Noida Sector 138. The ideal candidate will have an . qualification and a strong understanding of VMC operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts according to specifications and quality standards.
Quality Control: Monitor the machining process and conduct regular checks to ensure the produced parts meet required tolerances and quality criteria.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the VMC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings, completed work, and quality inspections, to track efficiency and compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to coordinate activities and improve production processes.
Required Skills and Expectations:
