We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong Commerce background to support our consulting and financial analysis activities. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing financial performance, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making for clients across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates with robust financial knowledge or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are looking to build a career in business consulting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets.
Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Support consultants in preparing business advisory reports and financial insights for clients.
Analyze weekly and monthly cash flow projections and identify potential financial risks.
Collect, organize, and interpret financial and operational data for analysis.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations,



and analytical summaries.
Assist in evaluating business processes and operational efficiency.
Support the consulting team in developing growth strategies and financial recommendations for clients.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Ability to prepare and interpret Cash Flow Statements, P&L; Accounts, Balance Sheets, and Fund Flow Statements.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and present structured insights.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
