We are seeking an experienced Order Change Management (OCM) Consultant to manage and coordinate customer order changes throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate processing of order modifications, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive process improvements, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while minimizing operational and financial impacts.

Key Responsibilities

Order Change Management
Review, validate, and process customer order change requests.
Analyze the impact of order modifications on supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Ensure timely implementation of approved order changes.
Monitor and resolve issues related to order amendments, cancellations, quantity changes, and schedule changes.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for order-related change requests.




Communicate order change impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment among business teams to ensure seamless execution.

Process Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, business rules, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate order documentation and audit trails.
Support compliance requirements and operational controls.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Track order change metrics and KPIs.
Identify trends, root causes, and prospects for process improvements.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.

Continuous Improvement
Recommend enhancements to order management processes.
Support automation initiatives and system improvements.
Participate in transformation and operational excellence projects.
