Position: Play School Teacher

About the Role

Little Leaders Malviya Nagar is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and responsible Play School Teacher who can create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning setting for young children.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for preschool children.
Develop children’s language, communication, cognitive, social, emotional, fine-motor and gross-motor skills.
Conduct storytelling, rhymes, music & movement, art & craft, sensory play and activity-based learning.
Maintain a positive, caring and child-friendly classroom setting.
Observe children’s development and share meaningful feedback with parents.
Maintain classroom routines, hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure proper supervision and care of children throughout the school day.
Maintain basic academic records, activity sheets and classroom documentation.
Work collaboratively with co-teachers and the school management.
Participate in school events, celebrations,



parent interactions and other activities.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT, ECCE, Montessori or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of relevant preschool/play school teaching experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring and energetic personality.
Comfortable working with children aged approximately 2–6 years.
Creative and enthusiastic about activity-based learning.
Good classroom management skills.
Presentable, punctual and qualified.
Passion for early childhood education is essential.
