Job Summary
An Integrated Command Centre (ICC) skilled is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and managing operational activities through centralized systems to ensure smooth business operations, service availability, and timely incident resolution. The role acts as a single point of control for tracking performance, identifying issues, escalating critical incidents, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor operational dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in real time.Identify, log, and track incidents, outages, and service disruptions.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.Escalate critical incidents according to defined procedures.Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.Maintain incident records, shift handover notes, and audit documentation.
