Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Follow up on pending orders/payments wherever required.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
02 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Candidates comfortable with making outbound calls will be preferred.
