Preferred candidate profile
Video Editing Mastery: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to build smooth, high-energy cuts.
Camera & Setup Basics: Comfortable framing shots,
setting up lighting, and capturing crisp audio using a smartphone or DSLR.
Storytelling & Rhythm: Sharp sense of pacing, beat-matching, music choice, and visual storytelling that keeps viewers hooked.
Platform Optimization: Solid grasp of aspect ratios, formats, and framing tailored for different social channels.
Motion Graphics & Animation (Mandatory): Hands-on ability to create clean motion graphics and agile animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
