Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech Civil Engineering
MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
2-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field marketing and sales activities across Hyderabad and nearby areas.
Visit construction sites and meet contractors, builders, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
Identify recent project requirements and generate sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and collect structural/formwork drawings from clients.
Explain NexGen Formworks products, applications, benefits, and installation methods to customers.
Coordinate with the Design Team and submit site drawings and customer requirements for technical evaluation.
Obtain quotations from the Design/Technical Team and present them to customers.
Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with the design, production, and site execution teams for smooth project execution.




Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Prepare sales reports, site visit reports, and lead updates.
