We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Python, SSIS, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Modeling. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms.
Lead database modernization and ETL/ELT migration initiatives.
Optimize SQL queries, database performance, and Snowflake workloads.
Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and reporting solutions.
Build and support analytics and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and SSRS.
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Monitor production data systems and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for data engineering.




Troubleshoot complex data issues across multiple systems and settings.
Create and maintain technical documentation for data architecture and processes.

Required Skills
7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong expertise in SQL and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake (Azure preferred).
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, and Python.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and Data Warehousing concepts.
Experience with Data Modeling, Fact & Dimension Tables, and Star Schema.
Experience with Power BI and SSRS.
Knowledge of FiveTran or similar no-code ETL tools.
Experience with secure file transfer tools such as GoAnywhere.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Document AI solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Team leadership or mentoring experience.
Mortgage or Financial Services domain experience.
