Key Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Execution
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production based on orders and delivery schedules.
Prepare production plans and allocate work across different production sections.
Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved on time.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Optimize production flow and minimize idle time and delays.
Sofa Manufacturing Operations
Supervise the complete manufacturing process, including:
Frame cutting and assembly
Wood/metal frame preparation
Foam cutting and fitting
Webbing/spring installation
Cushion manufacturing
Fabric/leather cutting
Stitching
Upholstery
Final assembly
Finishing and packing
