o Ratio analysis
o Checking of Credit Bureau Report
o Underwriting skill
o Manage relation with credit reporting agencies

 EDUCATION- M.B.A / MCOM
 FUNCTIONAL AREA- Retail lending (Mortgages)

o Positive communication skills.
o Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations.
o Positive Networking Skills.
o Valuable command over English, Hindi and the local language.
o Basic knowledge of computer required.
o Ability to relate and communicate well with local residents
