The Senior Executive – Payroll is responsible for accurate and timely execution of end-to-end payroll processing across assigned geographies. The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, accurate salary calculations, payroll accounting alignment, and effective employee query resolution.
This position plays a critical operational role in maintaining payroll data integrity, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring seamless coordination between HR, Finance, and payroll systems.

Execute end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, statutory deductions, benefits administration, and final disbursement.
Validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves,



new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary revisions.
Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory filing requirements.
Perform payroll reconciliations and validate payroll reports to ensure 100% accuracy before submission.
Generate payroll-related reports including tax reports, benefits reports, and compliance documentation.
Ensure accurate payroll accounting by validating journal entries in systems such as SAP S4 HANA, Zoho Books, or Xero.
Manage payroll processing for multiple locations/countries in alignment with defined controls and approval workflows.
Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and structured manner.
Address employee payroll queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and benefits while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain confidentiality and always ensure payroll data security.
