About the Role

ThatLifestyleCoach is looking for an experienced Performance Physiotherapist – Recovery & Longevity to join our team in Mumbai.

This is not a conventional clinic-based physiotherapy role.

The selected candidate will work closely with a private client as part of a broader performance and wellness ecosystem, with responsibility spanning musculoskeletal health, injury prevention, recovery, mobility, rehabilitation, physical readiness and recovery-facility management.

We are looking for someone who already has strong hands-on experience and can operate independently at a high qualified standard while collaborating closely with a strength & conditioning and wider healthcare team.

This role is best suited to a physiotherapist who understands that the objective is not simply to treat pain, but to help maintain long-term physical capability, readiness and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1.Clinical Physiotherapy & Musculoskeletal Management

The physiotherapist will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular musculoskeletal assessments.




- Identifying mobility restrictions, asymmetries, pain patterns and signs of physical overload.
- Managing training-related aches, minor injuries and recurring musculoskeletal concerns.
- Delivering high-quality manual therapy, soft-tissue work, joint mobilisation and assisted mobility where appropriate.
- Developing and progressing rehabilitation and prehabilitation programmes.
- Tracking recovery and physical progress over time.
- Identifying when a concern requires escalation to a doctor or specialist.
- Maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and professional boundaries.

The candidate should already be comfortable independently assessing and managing musculoskeletal and sports-related cases.

2.Performance, Movement & Training Integration

The physiotherapist will work closely with the strength & conditioning team and should have a practical understanding of training.
