Timing - 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST & 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST;
Mode of Work - Hybrid (3 days Office/2 days Home)

This position is responsible for administering Clean Earth’s credit card programs, analyzing reports, and supporting field employees’ requests. Successful candidates will possess valuable verbal and written communication skills and will be detail-oriented. The candidate must also be proficient in Excel, basic data analysis, and PowerPoint. The person must provide a pleasant customer experience promptly for the internal customers. The person will provide such support in the US Pacific Standard Time and will have a backup to cover other time zones.

Primary Responsibilities:
Credit Card Programs:
Managing day-to-day administration of Clean Earth’s Travel and Entertainment Cards and Purchasing Cards and Clean Earth’s Driver Expense and Fuel Cards




Issuance of current cards
Termination of cards for exiting employees or employees that transfer to other roles where no card is required
Monitoring past-due accounts and coordinating collection activities
Updating profiles as necessary
Performing administrative updates to cards to ensure clean data
Run and review reports for abnormal or unauthorized spending
Perform analytical work on various reports
Create payment reports for cards as required
Manage the Clean Earth credit card e-mail inbox and tickets
Work with various departments to collect data, contracts, and other documents
Escalate issues, concerns, abnormal/unauthorized spending, etc., as necessary
