We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
The role involves connecting with prospective customers through outbound calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our health and wellness solutions, and converting qualified leads into consultations and sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers, comfortable working with sales targets, and skilled at handling objections and follow-ups.

Convert qualified leads into consultations, appointments, and sales.
Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Stay updated on products, services, campaigns, and offers.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve the sales process.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
~1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Sales.
~ Positive command of English and at least one regional language such as Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu .
~ Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
~ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM syst
