The Claims Adjudication Executive will be responsible for end-to-end claim processing, including accurate adjudication, fulfilment monitoring, and timely resolution.



The role involves assessing claims against programme policies, coordinating with customers and service centres, monitoring claims through closure, and ensuring adherence to defined TAT. Review and adjudicate claims across different claim types.
Monitor approved claims throughout the end-to-end fulfilment process, including repairs, replacements, logistics, payments, deductibles, and other applicable stages.
Track ageing claims and proactively coordinate with Service Centres, Logistics, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure fulfilment within TAT.
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with customers and service centres to clarify claim details and resolve discrepancies.
Identify and escalate potential fraud, duplicate claims, policy misuse, and other exceptions.
Maintain accurate claim status, actions, and adjudication/fulfilment notes in the 360 platform.
