Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Customer Service Executives who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and comfortable handling customer interactions.

Ideal candidates should have:
Excellent English verbal & written communication
Valuable customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge & MS Office proficiency
Strong problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Customer service / BPO / Call Center experience of 0–2 years is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions through calls, email & chat
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally




Provide accurate product/service/process information
Maintain customer interaction records
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Achieve individual & team performance targets
Ensure a positive customer experience
