Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Jalandhar. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a positive in-store experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Explain product features, perks, pricing, and offers to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is well organized.
Manage billing and basic sales documentation when required.
Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and offers.
Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar sales role.
Male candidates are preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
Salary & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
