Job Description:
Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA application services and interfaces, ensuring reliable and reliable operations.
Manage SAP AMS, incident, problem, change, release, downtime, and service lifecycle processes.
Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and middleware teams to minimize business disruptions.
Manage vendors, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, risks, escalations, and service performance.
Drive RCA, continuous improvement, automation, performance optimization, and operational simplification.
Ensure security, compliance, backup/restore, DR readiness, and adherence to SAP architecture standards.
Lead WBR/MBR reporting, KPI reviews, service governance, and senior stakeholder communication across global teams.
