Required Skills & Experience
3 6 years of experience in Workplace Solutions, Digital Workplace, Cloud/SaaS Platforms, IAM, or Application Integration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Positive understanding of SSO, MFA, IAM, RBAC, and user access management.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
Experience integrating cloud/SaaS applications with enterprise identity platforms.
Understanding of enterprise security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
Basic experience with automation using PowerShell, APIs, or workflow tools.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
