Role & responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day hospital operations.
Supervise doctors, therapists, nursing, front office & support staff.
Ensure smooth patient care, admissions, discharge and service quality.
Monitor revenue, expenses, occupancy and operational targets.
Handle staff coordination, vendors and administrative activities.
Ensure discipline, hygiene, compliance and patient satisfaction.
Drive business growth

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/MBA in Hospital Management or related field.
5+ years of experience in hospital operations, preferably Ayurveda/Wellness.
Solid leadership, team management and communication skills.
Good understanding of patient handling, hospital administration and business operations.
Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
