JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate is expected to grow the sales (increase presence), add customers in PAN India
Roles & Duties
Identify the right customer profile and establish connections through calls .emails.
Leads will be given to you
Meet potential customers regularly and understand their requirements by understanding the manufacturing process of the customer
Educating the customers regarding the products and services
Generate sales for packaging products in the region as per the mutually agreed targets and timelines
Reporting the trends, needs and requirements of the customers regularly to the management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification Graduate




Required Skills: Proficient on complete MS Office Suite
Excellent Communication
Fluent in English and Hindi
Relationship based selling Competencies
Should have excellent selling skills
Should have the capability of building long term relationships with the customers
Should know how to prioritize tasks and activities assigned
Should be process and result oriented
Should be pro-active in taking initiatives and taking them to a logical conclusion
Should be adaptable
