Job Title: Accountant

Location: Hauz Khas, Current Delhi

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Manage dispatch of e-commerce orders and coordinate daily shipments.
Maintain and update NDR (Non-Delivery Report) sheets with accurate follow-ups.
Coordinate with courier partners for shipment issues, escalations, and delivery updates.
Perform product cataloging and assist with website maintenance.
Maintain records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Follow up with customers, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Support day-to-day accounting and operational tasks as required.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, organized, and proactive in following up on pending work.
Courteous, soft-spoken, and qualified in dealing with customers and partners.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred
Experience in accounting, logistics, dispatch, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
