Key Responsibilities Connect with customers regularly and provide timely updates regarding their requirements and process status.
Follow up with clients for pending documents and ensure timely collection.
Verify and organize the documents received from clients and circulate them with the concerned internal teams.
Coordinate effectively between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain proper records and track pending documents, customer updates, and operational activities.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work based on urgency.
Follow up with relevant teams to ensure tasks are completed within the required timelines.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned team whenever required.




Support the team in day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Maintain professionalism and positive communication while dealing with customers and colleagues.
