The ideal candidate should have robust business analysis expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering end-to-end projects in the Banking/BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, and manage project risks.
Support UAT, solution implementation, and production rollout.
Ensure timely delivery while adhering to project governance and quality standards.
