Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages and emails promptly.
Respond politely and professionally to customer enquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding projects, bookings, payments, documentation and other customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Build valuable relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on pending customer requests and commitments.
Complaint & Query Resolution
Record and track customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Site and Management teams for resolution.
Escalate key or unresolved issues to the concerned authority.
Ensure proper closure and confirmation with the customer.
Booking & Documentation Support
Assist customers regarding booking procedures, payment schedules, agreements, registration and documentation.




Coordinate collection and sharing of required customer documents.
Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
Payment Follow-up
Send payment reminders as instructed by the Accounts/Sales team.
Coordinate with customers regarding payment confirmations and receipts.
Maintain updated records of follow-ups.
CRM & Record Maintenance
Update customer details, interactions, complaints and follow-ups in CRM/software or registers.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Prepare periodic reports on pending issues and customer follow-ups.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Site and other departments for customer-related matters.
Ensure commitments made to customers are communicated to the responsible team.
Follow up internally until the matter is completed.
