Job Purpose

To train learners in automation and electromechanical systems used in semiconductor equipment , including PLC, HMI, motion control, robotics, sensors, machine vision and equipment troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Teach PLC, HMI, SCADA and industrial automation fundamentals.
Train learners on sensors, actuators, motors, drives and motion control.
Conduct practical training on servo, stepper, pneumatic and robotic systems.
Introduce machine vision and automated inspection.
Explain equipment interlocks, safety circuits and material handling.
Develop equipment troubleshooting exercises.
Support integration projects involving vacuum, optics and embedded systems.

Required Skills Experience
7 15 years of experience in automation, mechatronics, semiconductor equipment or industrial machinery .




Solid knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo systems, VFD, robotics, pneumatics and sensors.
Understanding of machine vision, motion control and industrial networking.
Solid equipment troubleshooting and safety skills.

Preferred Background
Semiconductor equipment OEMs, automation integrators, industrial robotics, precision manufacturing or advanced factory settings.
