Role & responsibilities
Set up Purchase & Sales Orders
Make Ocean Freight bookings
Co-ordinate between Trucking, Shipping companies and Suppliers to process the delivery of orders
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
You will learn or co-ordinate the entire supply chain management of the delivery of export cargo on container ships

Requirements & Qualifications:

Work night shift to match hours with our USEC & USWC operations.

Please only apply if you can work the below hours (NOTE: There won't be any cab facilities)

Work hours for USWC Support :

7:30AM to 4:30PM PST/PDT. This is 9:00PM-6:00AM IST (2nd Sunday Nov-2nd Sunday Mar) and 8:00PM-5:00AM IST (2nd Sunday Mar-2nd Sunday Nov)





Work hours for USEC support:

8:00AM to 5:00PM EST/EDT. This is 6:30PM-3:30AM IST (2nd Sunday Nov-2nd Sunday Mar) and 5:30PM-2:30AM IST (2nd Sunday Mar-2nd Sunday Nov)

Preference for applicants who have experience working in ocean shipping companies
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Solid verbal & written communication skills in ENGLISH
Deadline and detail-oriented
Solid time management & organizational skills, follow through & follow up skills
Versatile & able to work under pressure
Organized & self motivated

Be able to work overtime if required
