Position: Logistics Specialist / Coordinator
Experience: 24 years, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Hospitality logistics
Qualification: Post-Graduate preferred
Budget: 25,000–30,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Sales dispatch schedules, routing, delivery planning, and manifests.
Coordinate movement of ambient and frozen products from TBEL warehouses to 3P warehouses/distributors while ensuring temperature compliance.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate and timely order preparation and dispatch.
Monitor inventory at TBEL and 3P warehouses and ensure appropriate stock levels.
Conduct inventory/service-level audits and monitor GMP/GSP and FEFO practices at 3P warehouses.
Coordinate with third-party transporters and drivers for vehicle planning, shipment tracking, and timely delivery.
Act as the key coordination point with the Sales team for delivery status, short shipments,



urgent requirements, and replacements.
Coordinate product returns, credit notes, claims, and delivery exceptions.
Ensure timely bill booking and payment coordination for 3P warehouse and transport service providers.
Manage international courier alignment and shipment tracking.
Handle related logistics documentation and other assigned activities.
Ensure adherence to applicable food safety, hygiene, HACCP and FSSAI requirements.

Key Skills
Robust MS Excel and MIS skills.
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS and logistics processes.
Positive understanding of warehouse, transport, inventory and cold-chain operations.
Robust coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time-sensitive requirements and multiple stakeholders.
