Role & Responsibilities
Handle plastic production and Injection Molding processes.
Achieve production targets and improve OEE.
Reduce machine downtime, rejection, scrap and material wastage.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize processes.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma/PG Diploma in Plastic Engineering or Polymer Engineering.
Experience in IMM, IBM or ISBM.
Knowledge of Injection Molding, OEE improvement and troubleshooting.
