Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, and related products.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and sales orders based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of products in the showroom.
- Keep updated with current products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain customer records, inquiries, and sales reports in the company's CRM or ERP system.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payments and invoicing.
- Ensure a clean, organized,



and customer-friendly showroom environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, building materials, home décor, or interior products will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, ERP/CRM).
- Ability to prepare quotations and explain product specifications.

- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom business requirements.
