LIGHTS is implementing a CSR-supported student well-being initiative, Step Up 'N Speak, a structured stress-busting communication programme designed for students of Classes IX-XII, with technical support from the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS).

The programme aims to promote emotional well-being, stress awareness, self-care, and help-seeking behaviour among adolescents through interactive, classroom-based sessions in government-aided schools.

This is a facilitation role. The programme content, session plans, activities, and delivery scripts have already been developed by experts from IHBAS and the in-house programme team. Facilitators are expected to deliver the sessions with fidelity while creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in school counselling, training, facilitation, teaching,



or conducting workshops will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured awareness sessions for students of Classes IX-XII in government-aided schools.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities as per the approved programme curriculum and session scripts.
- Create a secure, respectful, and engaging environment that encourages student participation.
- Ensure timely implementation of assigned school visits according to the programme schedule.
- Represent the organisation professionally during all school interactions.
- Adhere to programme guidelines, child protection protocols, and organisational policies.
