_Area Manager - Luxury Spa Operations (Bengaluru) _
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury spa branches in Bengaluru. _
- Responsibilities _
- _Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple spa branches. _
- _Drive monthly revenue and achieve sales targets. _
- _Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and therapists. _
- _Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. _
- _Maintain hygiene, SOPs, and service quality across all locations. _
- _Monitor inventory, expenses, and branch profitability. _
- _Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues. _
- _Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. _
- Requirements _
- _Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness management. _




- _Experience managing multiple branches is preferred. _
- _Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. _
- _Ability to travel between spa locations. _
- _Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. _
