An Operator is responsible for running and monitoring plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production. The role requires hands-on experience in operating machines, maintaining records, and following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation:
- Operate assigned machines/equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitor parameters like speed, pressure, and temperature during operation.
- Production Support:
- Ensure continuous production flow with mínimal downtime.
- Assist in material loading/unloading and shift handovers.
- Quality Checks:
- Conduct in-process checks to maintain product quality.
- Report deviations or abnormalities immediately to supervisors.
- Maintenance Assistance:
- Perform routine cleaning and minor adjustments.
- Support maintenance teams during breakdowns.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow plant safety guidelines and use PPE.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
