Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented TallyPrime Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The role involves generating leads, acquiring new customers, conducting field visits, and promoting TallyPrime and related business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for TallyPrime and related solutions.
- Approach and engage prospective customers through field visits and other sales activities.
- Promote and sell TallyPrime, AWS Cloud solutions, WhatsApp Business API (WABA), TallyPrime Training, AMC, and TallyPrime Server.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and develop a strong customer pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle product demonstrations, installation coordination, training, and after-sales support as required.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals of licenses, AMCs, and other services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and represent the organization effectively during client visits and networking activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, software sales, IT services sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with robust sales skills and a willingness to work in the field may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn TallyPrime and related solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in local languages will be an advantage.
