About this Role:
We are seeking a skilled skilled to support international voice services within a global network environment, ensuring high levels of performance, reliability, and customer experience. This role focuses on monitoring, incident handling, and troubleshooting of VoIP platforms, while collaborating with multiple teams across regions to maintain service continuity for both retail and enterprise customers.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software systems to ensure uninterrupted network operations
- Manage proactive and reactive incidents within defined service levels, ensuring optimal customer experience
- Perform first-level triage and coordinate with resolver teams throughout the incident lifecycle
- Analyse performance data and customer inputs to recommend solutions and improve service quality
