Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard current domestic and international suppliers.
- Source products based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and business requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Obtain and evaluate product samples before finalizing suppliers.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, Quality, and Logistics teams for sourcing requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Ensure products comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare purchase comparisons, cost analyses, and supplier evaluation reports.
- Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and competitor sourcing strategies.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and shortages.
- Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, contracts, and vendor databases.
- Support new product development and product launch activities.
