Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Architectural designer for projects.
- Prepare concepts, develop and detail design for projects based on design brief / internal / external discussions.
- Prepare working drawings, specifications for projects.
- To ensure deliverables as per schedule with exceptional work quality.
- Support team to coordinate with client, external consultants, contractors / site through all phases of the project from inception to completion.
- Ensure implementation of all processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide expert knowledge.
- Follow studio policies for design, working drawings, specifications from inception to handling over a project to client.
- To have thorough knowledge and compliance with KPA systems, standards and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest architect and design trends and technology.

Skills Required:
- Demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities.

- Good understanding of building systems, codes (DCR) and construction methods.




- To use a variety of software and media in development and documentation of design.
