Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Appear on camera to showcase products and represent the brand professionally.
- Plan, organize, and execute brand shoots, including lifestyle and product photography/videos.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content ideas aligned with the brand identity.
- Edit short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and the marketing team during shoots.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand promotions.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Track influencer campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and competitor strategies.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
- Assist in launching current products through creative promotional campaigns.

Required Skills:




- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Creative thinking with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Fashion, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or brand promotions.
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio and strong on-camera presence are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
