Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administration
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and office administration activities.
- Maintain customer records, sales documentation, and other administrative reports.

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries, providing accurate information about products/services.
- Generate leads through customer interactions and follow up on inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals, order processing, and customer follow-ups.




- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain customer data and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
