Telecaller / Business Development Executive:

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers and explain the Company's products and services.
- Generate leads for Gold Purchase, Gold Jewellery, and Gold Pledge Release services.
- Introduce and promote the Channel Partner and Master Franchise programs.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or lead management system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.

✔ Minimum 1 year of Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support experience.

✔ Excellent communication skills in Telugu.





✔ Ability to communicate in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.

✔ Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

✔ Basic computer knowledge.

✔ Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

✔ Experience in Banking, Finance, Gold Loan, Jewellery, Insurance, Real Estate, or Financial Services will be preferred.
