Job Summary

We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for our team in Indore. If you have excellent English communication skills, prior experience in an international voice process, and are available to join immediately, we'd love to hear from you.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (V5 & V6 proficiency preferred).
- Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Aadhaar must be linked (seeded) with your bank account before joining.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally.




- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
- Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions.

Shift Details
- Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM.
- 9-hour shift (including breaks).
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.

Required Skills:
- Strong spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
