Industry - Metal / Non-Metal Laser and Fiber Cutting Machines, Welding Machines, Bending Machines, CNC Routers.

Educational Qualification -Any Graduate / Postgraduate. Preferred: B.E./B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field.

Min Experience -2 to 3 years

Company Profile - BK Nexus Enterprises is hiring partner for top Indian manufacturing, exporting, importing and trading a wide assortment of Laser Cutting Machine, Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Routers, Laser Welding Machine, Printers & Industrial Robots etc. We have branches in approx. all the metro cities of India.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission machines at customer sites as per the service schedule.
- Conduct machine demonstrations whenever required.
- Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose technical issues and resolve customer complaints within the defined timelines.
- Provide on-site, off-site, and remote technical support.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance documentation.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Back Office teams for spare parts and service requirements.
- Plan and execute AMC/Warranty maintenance schedules.
- Maintain branch-level spare parts inventory.
- Ensure timely service support and high customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer locations whenever required.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Laser Cutting Machines, Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Routers, or similar industrial machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation and service activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for service reporting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
