Experience Required
- Minimum 3.5 years of overall experience in Real Estate Sales
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate
- Experience working in scattered market / individual property sales
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the Bangalore real estate market
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
- Experience in client handling and deal closures
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and market trends
