Salesperson Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome every customer with a friendly and skilled attitude.
Assist customers in selecting sarees, suits, lehengas, gowns, and other products.
Explain product features, fabric, pricing, and offers clearly. Maintain cleanliness and proper display of all products.
Fold and arrange merchandise after customer visits.
Keep stock organized and inform management about low stock.
Support billing, packing, and customer service when required.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
Help create product photos and videos for social media.
Assist in online business by uploading products, replying to WhatsApp and social media inquiries, confirming online orders, and coordinating packing and dispatch.
Follow shop timings, maintain discipline, and work as a team to achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
