Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
- Monitor productivity, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and manufacturing SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments for smooth operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Biomedical,



or Electrical Engineering.

Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in production within the medical equipment, medical devices, or healthcare manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in managing production teams is preferred.
