Key Responsibilities
- Manage all work related to Custom broker
- Manage all works related to Freight forwarder.
- Manage all Exporters, Importers, Buying Agent,
- Pricing Experts well aware of shipping pricing.
- Key documents management, EGM, IGM, VGM, ODEX, CHECKLIST.
- Prepare import and export checklists as per Customs and CHA requirements
- File Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills online via ICEGATE and Customs portals
- Upload all import and export documents through E-Sanchit:
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, forwarders, CFS, transporters, and Customs officers for smooth clearance
- Follow up for Delivery Orders (DO), arrival notices, carting orders, gate-in, stuffing, and vessel / flight schedules:
- Handle ODEX platform activities including invoice requests, DO requests, and CFS movement
- Inform clients about customs duties, examination status, and clearance updates:




- Work closely with the CHA operations team to ensure timely customs clearance
- Maintain daily shipment tracking sheets and clearance records:
- Ensure timely approval of checklists and documents from clients to avoid delays

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Import & Export Customs Clearance in a freight forwarding / CHA environment:
- Hands-on experience with ICEGATE, E-Sanchit, and ODEX:
- Clear understanding of Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill procedures:
- Familiarity with shipping line, airline, and CFS documentation processes:
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills:
- Ability to handle multiple shipments independently:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
