Job Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar modules across multiple markets.
- Identify, evaluate,
and establish new business opportunities in the solar energy domain.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Solar EPC companies, manufacturers, dealer networks, and government nodal agencies.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive channel sales development to strengthen the retail business.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify recent growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all sales operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute strategies for brand building and business growth.
