Orbit Media is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation and paid advertising. We are now expanding aggressively into the D2C space and are looking for a Performance Marketer who understands how to scale eCommerce brands profitably.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for D2C brands.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, lower CAC, and increase conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using Ads Manager, GA4, and Shopify analytics.
- Develop campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-converting creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.




- Monitor daily budgets and performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes and D2C marketing trends.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability.

Required Skills:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for DCommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER, CPA, AOV, LTV, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Shopify stores.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Familiarity with GA4 and Meta Events Manager.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling brands from ₹50,000/month to ₹10L+/month in ad spend.
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
