About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create content calendars and coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO best practices.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising policies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.





Required Skills:
- 3- 4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, creative, and performance-oriented professional with strong problem
